Third in a series of interpretive hikes along water|ways connected to the Agua Fria River. This hike highlights the role of the Brooklyn wildfire 3 years ago and its impacts on the hillside vegetation and runoff. Hike is ~1.5 miles round trip. This hike has more rocks and sun exposure than the walk on Badger Wash. Expect no or little flowing water.
From I-17 drive 8 miles (25 minutes) east on the bumpy Bloody Basin Road, and meet at the Silver Creek Outhouse. Registrants can see the hike details.
